Payment can be made via Mada, Visa/Mastercard, or installments through Tabby. An order is considered confirmed once payment succeeds or the installment provider confirms it.
Medical Products and Prescriptions
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of prescription details entered when ordering prescription eyeglasses or contact lenses. Farza recommends consulting a licensed optometrist before confirming any measurement or power.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is handled through SMSA Express for most areas of the Kingdom, in addition to pickup from Farza branches. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
